Colin,

I'm re-reading these again and clearly I have to make a change in my eating habits. It's not that they're bad...they're just not as good as they should be. I eat vegetables, eggs, and fish with great frequency. But, I also start every workday morning with a bowl of granola. milk, and a banana. While it certainly wouldn't qualify as a bad breakfast by most observers, I found that if I make a three-egg omelet with some veggies and cheese, it takes only a few minutes longer and the protein punch has served me well on those workout mornings.
