Hey everybody. It’s been a wild couple of months and I’m sorry I’ve left you out in the cold. I was out of town for a long time for professional training and now I’m back with a vengeance. What you can expect to see in the coming months:
- Articles on the meaning of manliness, breaking through plateaus on lifts, two a day training regimens, and I’m going to try something new. I’ll be adding my perspective to our normal lifting topics so instead of a “Sweet exercises to do” article like you see on so many other sites—barf—you’re going to get added context from how I see it as a professional in this industry.
- More products—at my gumroad site, I’ll be publishing specific training programs for common goals at low prices. Don’t feel like sifting through a bunch of blog posts? Go to my gumroad page and get the program with none of the work.
- More posts
- More emails and premium content for my insiders. I plan on doing exclusive videos and articles only for the insiders’ list. If you’re not already a member, sign up to the right of this post.
